2020 - Present

LEARNING DESIGN SPECIALIST

Analyzes and reviews training effectiveness in relation to established learning outcomes, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Achievements:

  • Developed targeted learning videos with Articulate Storyline.

  • Created training material for roll-out of new Salesforce Lead Management System.

2018 - 2019

CAMPUS DIRECTOR

Directed day-to-day campus operations, creating a welcoming and engaging learning environment to promote student success. Observed instructors within classrooms and delivered tailored coaching sessions to promote methods of teaching in compliance with company standards. 

Achievements: 

  • Increased student enrollment from 130 to 215, a direct result of strategic outreach to promote programs and provide options for transfer students.

2012 - 2016

CAMPUS DIRECTOR

Prioritized and implemented process improvement strategies through observing teachers and reviewing student survey results to increase academic excellence. Delivered ongoing professional development opportunities for staff one-on-one and within groups. 

Achievements:

  • Coordinated National Society of Student Success mentoring program, providing students with opportunities to develop leadership skills.

  • Launched multiple strategic initiatives to improve performance, leading to multiple achievements, including Southern CA Campus of the Year, two years of "Excellent" audit ratings, and national rank in the top 10 within three areas.

  • Facilitated monthly town hall meetings, effectively creating a safe space for communication with students and to promote student engagement and performance.  

2004 - 2012

DIRECTOR OF RECRUITMENT

Provided leadership, direction, motivation and supervision of direct reports in the Recruitment department.  Oversaw the training and development of employees.  Coached staff in the growth and improvement of recruitment skills through timely, specific and constructive feedback.  Developed and implemented weekly training meetings for the Recruitment department.

  • Southern California Regional Leadership Council Member

  • Promoted to Campus Director position

2003 - 2004

MANAGER OF RECRUITMENT

Assisted the Director of Recruitment in all duties and responsibilities associated with delivering campus student recruitment targets.

  • Promoted to the Director of Recruitment position

2001 - 2002

TRAINING SPECIALIST

Designed sales training curriculum and materials.  Conducted pre-season and seasonal sales training for managers and sales representatives.  Sourced, interviewed, hired and trained sales representatives for nationwide offices.  

Achievements:

  • ​Recruited and hired 50 female sales representatives, the largest female sales force to that point.

  • Improved the retention of female sales representatives by implementing training and management initiatives.
